Before moving into design, customer-facing work helped me realise how much I enjoy understanding people, communicating clearly, and being a first point of contact when someone needs a hand.

Recently, I've been working on digital experiences for Kind, improving product, member, and healthcare professional experiences. I'm drawn to work that makes information easier to find, understand, and use.
